Each jewelry item is listed as In-Stock or Made-to-Order. After customizing your jewelry, check the product details page for the Estimated Shipping Date. Once your item is ready, it ships free via UPS 2nd Day Air®.
Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Once ready, orders ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air® (U.S.) or UPS International Economy® (2–5 days internationally).
You may choose UPS Next Day Air® for faster U.S. delivery for an additional charge.
Please note: Order processing may still take up to 2 business days.After shipping, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.
Occasionally, we may use an alternative shipping method without prior notice.
Made-to-Order Items
- Most LabDiamondForever pieces are Made-to-Order, requiring approximately 3 weeks to craft before shipping.
- You will receive an Estimated Shipping Date, visible on the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and order confirmation email.
- Most orders ship on or before the estimated date.
- Once ready, your order ships free via UPS 2nd Day Air® (U.S.) or UPS International Economy® (2–5 days internationally).
- Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air®) is available at checkout, but does not shorten production time.
- A shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.
Shipping Policies
A signature is required for all deliveries.
We ship only to residential or business addresses — no P.O. Boxes.
For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.
We cannot re-route packages after shipping.
UPS makes up to three delivery attempts. After that, the package returns to LabDiamondForever.
The risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed over to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or address changes.
