If you feel that other U.S. retailers limited to Brilliant Earth, James Allen, Blue Nile, Jared, Kay, Zales, Helzberg, Rare Carat, With Clarity, or Ritani, offer a similar diamond at a better price, we’ll match it. Easy as that. Since we source our lab-created diamonds directly from the diamond growers, we can assure you that our pricing is the most competitive in the market today.
HOW DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
Before requesting a price match, please keep these important points in mind:
Price Match applies only to loose diamonds, and it is completely free to use this service.
Our LabDiamondForever Customer Service team consists of trained professionals dedicated to providing a fair evaluation of your Price Match request.
Our team does not work on commission, so evaluations are unbiased and based solely on accuracy.
To begin, compare our loose diamonds with any U.S. retailer’s loose lab-grown diamond of the same quality. Ensure the comparison is accurate (“apples to apples”) based on the 4 Cs:
Carat Weight, Cut (including shape), Color, and Clarity.
Make sure the competing diamond:
Has the exact same 4C parameters
Is listed on a public-facing website of a legitimate retailer
Is not from a private seller
If you believe our diamond is priced higher than another retailer’s identical diamond, contact our Customer Service team or call 877-476-9627. If all parameters match and the competitor’s price is lower, we will match their price — guaranteed.
WHY ONLY PRICE MATCH ON LOOSE DIAMONDS?
Every crafted jewelry piece is unique its style, total carat weight, gold weight, craftsmanship, setting technique, rhodium thickness, and polishing all vary.
Because of these differences, finished jewelry pieces cannot be compared fairly across retailers.
To keep things simple and transparent, we only offer Price Match on loose diamonds.

Price Match applies only to loose lab-grown diamonds, not finished jewelry.
Diamonds available in our “Design Your Engagement Ring” section are eligible for Price Match.
Not valid for Special Orders under our Truly Custom program.
Competing prices must be publicly visible and not part of private or individual sales.
Both diamonds must match in carat, cut, color, clarity, and shape. LabDiamondForever agents determine comparability.
Price Match is only available before purchase. No partial refunds after purchase.
Customers must provide a direct link to the competitor’s diamond.
Competing diamonds must be from certified retailers, not private sellers.
The competitor’s price must be active at the time of verification.
Pricing must be in USD.
The competing diamond must be in stock and available to purchase.
Promotions like rebates, gift cards, bundles, and BOGO offers do not qualify.
Pawn shops, auctions, and marketplace listings are not eligible.
Price Match cannot be combined with anyLabDiamondForever promotions, offers, or discounts.
Price Match cannot be combined with offers from affiliates, influencers, or loyalty programs.
Price Match evaluation may take up to 2 business days. If approved, a one-time coupon code matching the competitor’s price will be issued.
